Sunrider has two components, a nutritional/lifestyle part and a business part.  Aadil will teach how Sunrider can enhance your life, in a balanced and achievable way, based on yogic principles: Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksha (life’s purpose, economic activity, true love, spiritual practice).  Aadil and Mirra will share nutritional info, tips for becoming self empowered and a leader in your life, how to embrace wealth and develop your personal communication skills.   Discussion will include 15 minutes on wellness principles and 15 minutes on the business principles with questions & answers throughout.
